Becoming a member of FXB Nutrition is easy! Select your box from our website. Continue creating your account by providing your shipping address and billing information.
We’ll ship you your first monthly FXB Nutrition box that you’ve selected. After your first bundle arrives, you’ll continue to receive products every month.
Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the date that you created your first order. You will be billed accordingly for each month of products sent to you. Please note that the charge will appear under VITAMINERALS on your credit card statement
If you would like more product sent prior to your next scheduled delivery date, you can update your subscription to have an earlier renewal date. You also have the ability to pause your subscription by adjusting your renewal date to any date in the future.
Changing the products in your subscription is incredibly easy. If for some heartbreaking reason you would like to end your membership with us, please submit your request no less than three (3) days prior to your next shipment date.

Yes, simply select the product to your shopping cart as a one-time order. Please note that we currently only offer the Extreme Box & Extreme Box PLUS on a subscription basis.
You can cancel your account at any time but kindly note that we must be notified at least three (3) days prior to your next box shipment.
As an alternative, you can pause your subscription, simply log-in to your account and select the “PAUSE” button, note that you can “RENEW” at any time. How Do I Change the Renewal Date for My Subscription
If you would like to permanently cancel your subscription, simply log-in to your account and select the “CANCEL” button.

Refunds or credits may be applied to your account if the items in your box are damaged, broken, or incorrect. These cases must be reported as soon as your package was delivered.
If for some reason you are not satisfied, reach out to our support team via e-mail within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. You will receive an e-mail response within 24-48 hours.
